Shipped within 24 hours — all orders placed before 1:00 PM (business days) are shipped the same day. After 1:00 PM, shipping takes place on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days to return or exchange your order.
The 30 days start from the day you receive your order.
To return an item, it must be:
- Not worn, in perfect condition
- In their original intact packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt and all accessories
- Perfumes and candles: box must be unopened
Exchanges work the same way as returns.

- Prepaid DHL label: 10€ deducted from the refund
