Off White appoints Ibrahim Kamara as artistic director six months after the death of Virgil Abloh.

On its Instagram account, the brand announced the succession of Off-White. It will be Ibrahim Kamara, the editor of the famous British fashion magazine Dazed.

If Off White chose Instagram to announce the arrival of Ibrahim Kamara at the helm of the brand, it's no coincidence. It is indeed via this network that Virgil Abloh and the young designer met three years ago, before starting their collaboration.

As the brand's new Art & Image Director, the British designer from Sierra Leone will be responsible for supervising a team of designers, leading the artistic direction of Off-White's collections, image and content as well as than the recently opened beauty project, Paperwork.
