Refund policy

Exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To return your product, you have two options:

• Visit our store at 28 rue Basse, 59800 Lille, France, for a refund within 96 hours.
  
• Send your package back to us at the store address: Boutique Lesthete, 28 rue Basse, 59800 Lille, France. Contact us by email at: bonjour@lesthete.com. Refunds will be issued within 96 hours of receipt of your package.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging with the receipt and all accessories. Perfume and candle cases must still be sealed.

Returns are at your expense.
